What is BioTake?
BioTake is a DeSci protocol that turns peer-reviewed medical research into priced, compliant, tradable on-chain assets — the asset class we call RWIP (Real-World Intellectual Property). A researcher connects a paper; an AI engine prices it; a hard-capped compliant sale funds it; milestones gate the capital; and the position graduates into a liquid token with a cash floor and real dividends.
